🛎️ Booking Policy

• We recommend booking our services at least 7–10 days prior to your event to ensure availability.

• However, last-minute bookings (up to 12 hours before the event) may be accepted depending on availability.

• For urgent bookings, please contact our support team directly.

• A booking is confirmed only after payment (full or partial) as required.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Less than 24 hours before the event:
  No refund will be provided.

• 24 to 72 hours before the event:
  Cancellation charge of NPR 1,000 or 50% of the booking amount (whichever is lower).

• 3 to 7 days before the event:
  Flat cancellation charge of NPR 500.

• 7 days or more before the event:
  No cancellation charges.

⚠️ Special Conditions

• In case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), only rescheduling requests will be considered.

• Perishable items (such as cakes, flowers, etc.) are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-reschedulable.

🎉 Peak & Special Event Days

For bookings on special occasions such as:

• Valentine’s Day (13th & 14th February)

• Christmas (25th December)

• New Year’s Eve (31st December)

• Other high-demand event days

👉 Cancellations and rescheduling are not allowed due to limited availability and special package arrangements.

🏨 Room & Decoration Packages

• For room decoration packages, candlelight setups, or bundled experiences,
  👉 100% of the booking amount will be forfeited upon cancellation.

🔄 Rescheduling Policy

• Less than 24 hours before the event:
  Rescheduling may be considered only in exceptional cases and subject to approval.

• 24 hours to 3 days before the event:
  Rescheduling allowed free of cost.

• 3 days or more before the event:
  Rescheduling allowed free of cost.

👉 Rescheduling is not permitted for bookings on special event days (Valentine’s, Christmas, New Year, etc.).

🎂 Additional Information

• Cake and bouquet orders cannot be canceled on the same day of the event.

• For hotel or room-based experiences:

  • Only guests aged 18 years and above are allowed

  • A maximum of 2 persons per room is permitted

• Sunday to Monday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Closed on Thursdays
